I used to slide off 20 ft. cliffs wearing snowshoes into large ( I hoped) snow drifts on Hogsback in Marquette County. Maybe I deserved to die for it.

You could have mounted one of those 10lbs cameras that we used to have on a stick.

Given that I often keep my phone in my pocket when all others around me are cursed with frenzy to record this or that special moment . . . I believe people just need more brain inside the skull, instead of "no selfie zones".
