Suggest me a laptop

$800 is quite a tight budget for your list of requirements, and whatever you go for there will be a compromise somewhere - e.g. the screen is low resolution or the storage drive is small.

This one has a decent processor and a reasonable amount of RAM and storage. The screen is somewhat average and it comes with Windows 10S, rather than 10 Home.

This one also has a good CPU and same amount of RAM as the above Asus model; however, the storage is smaller but at least you get a stylus with it.

My last suggestion has the largest screen and the most amount of memory, but the weakest CPU of the three.
As to the requirement of avoiding obsoletion in 5 years time, that depends entirely on what and how you will use the laptop.
