Hello everyone. I was fiddling with my BIOS settings and since I heard that RAID 0 was faster than AHCI mode I tried switching my AHCI to RAID. Upon doing so my pc had a BSOD during the windows 7 startup logo. I was just curious if this is because my SSD doesn't support being ran in RAID or is it because I need to reinstall my OS after switching to RAID? Thanks everyone :)

Bad choice. RAID requires its own format and thus the BSOD. You will be luck if reversing the action will correct it AND still have data on it.

btw: Even Microsoft says never use Raid-x for the boo drive :sigh:
