T60 recovery XP2 OS error cant find file: Z:/iubrec.cmd

HI,

If I try to restore to factory state my Thinkpad T60 (using the original Lenovo backup disks) it goes through the whole process of copying data from all the cds and then restarts, but once it had restarted I get the following message:

"Product Recovery could not find Z:\IUBREC.CMD"

Whats this.. I have tried this recovery for more than three times and always get this error. Whats does this mean?

I will go ahead and ask the dumb question. He says it's booting from HDD, but I am getting the same thing and I have it set to boot from DVD?
