Task Manager has been disabled, can't turn on - told I have Virus?

My Task Manager has been disabled and not by me!
When I try to log in as administrator I cant find out how to turn it on!
I was told I have a Virus!

I cant get much to work and I have too much starting that I cant turn off!

I try to put my log from hijackthis and it will not let me post it!

By the way What would be a good External Hard drive! One that I can strust!
