Tcpip.sys BSOD on WinXP

Hi, I'm getting more frequent BSODs on WinXP, they reference tcpip.sys

I zipped the last 6 minidumps, don't really know how to read them

Any help or ideas what to do I'd really appreciate it!

Five of six files cited the same driver as the issue of your crashes: cmdhlp.sys

This is a COMODO Firewall Pro Helper Driver. Update Comodo.
