Tcpip.sys BSOD on WinXP

Hi, I'm getting more frequent BSODs on WinXP, they reference tcpip.sys

I zipped the last 3 minidumps, don't really know how to read them

Any help or ideas what to do I'd really appreciate it!

All your crashes has been caused by Kasperkey Intermediate Network Driver i.e. klim5.sys.

As for some weird reasons sysmbols are not loading when I try to debug your dumps so I am unsure to suggest any remedy. However, a good start point would be to restore your system to some previous point (perhaps this is being caused by some update issue). If that doesn't solve it, then uninstall your AV and see if system becomes stable.
