TechSpot website flashes white screen when clicking tab in Chrome

When I click the tab to return to Techspot the page flashes white before displaying the page. I haven't noticed any other pages that do this.
Can this be fixed? Thank you.

Chrome for Windows 10 version 73.0.3683.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Update: Page doesn't flash if I'm here in the forum, but if I'm on the home page, it does it.

Has this been happening for a while or just recently for you?

Have you tried cleaning your cache (or if you don't want to do that, just use a private browser/incognito window to see if it does it without any cache)?
