The one which always bugged me most was Armageddon one, probably amongst the most stupidest of ideas.

The worst plot hole in this list is from The Dark Knight Rises when Bane blows up Bruce Wayne's account. IRL, following the security breach the exchange would have invalidated every trade that was executed and Bruce wouldn't have lost a dime.
