Inactive The Sims 2 Apartment Life Win32/heur

When I want to install The sims 2 apartement life it get stucks at 96% and it says there is a virus called win32/heur . So I looked online for solutions but none of them helped.
What do I have to do now??
( if you give a solution please use simple words because I'm bad in english ( you had probably already noticed I don't speak English)

Avg ( 9.0 ) says I have the virus and the game comes from Belgium ( my own country )

Sorry for my late answer , the exact file name is : Sims2EP8( it's an .exe file )
The location : E:/TSBin/Sims2EP8
