Sometimes, when I use a VPN (for example for coming here!) and after a little while my browsers don't open any page. I close the VPN and the situation doesn't change while my systme (windows) is connected to the Internet. The problem whatever is, it's about the setting for the browsers.
My question is where to check and how to fix this issue?
PS: If, for example, I don't use a VPN I can't see this site because my IP is banned by this any many more websites.
