TPM module confusion

I have aquired a new MSI motherboard A320M-A-PRO it has a connection for a TPM header will I need to install a TPM module for Windows 11 or is the TPM already in the CPU which will be a AMD ATHLON 3000G the CPU information I think maybe wrong or is it.regards Martin

Teh TPM support will come from your CPU but you need to turn it on from the UEFI BIOS. Here is an article on the topic:
