Transfer old data to a new disk

Hello,how can I transfer all of my data to a new disk(ssd or hdd)?
Can I do it just with a copy paste?

Copy / Paste is improbable as it creates 100% duplication and would then require only 50% current utilization.

If you're preparing for an HD SWAP, you need something like Acronis.

If you want a copy of your My Documents, use Drag-n-Drop
