Trojan.agent detected and causing blue screen crashes

  1. I have a virus that is causing blue screen crashes. When I run malwarebytes I get two results, one says trojan.agent located on the file and the other says trojan.agent located on memory process. It still has not gone away after multiple trys with the malwarebytes. I have also tried using similar posts on the forum, one in particular was fadil khan and mine seems to be worse than what his was because I still couldnt fix it. If I could please get help regarding this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the response but after I posted this I seemed to have gotten rid of what was ailing me with another thread. Thank you and if I have any further problem I will post back
