Trojan downloader zlob

I found out that my computer has trojan-downloader-zlob and virtumonde, please help me remove these! I have attached my hijackthis log. Thank you.

Just did the 8 step process and ended up with these 3 logs.

->[B] Delete on reboot[/B] on MBAM scan, for found issues

[*]For unanswered items appearing in the log, please remedy:

[*]Delete on Reboot --->  Exit and restart the computer

Supplement to guide. Successive scans used to uncover additional infections.

• Update both MBAM & SAS. Rerun them both.
  
  
• This effort is complete when logs report NO infections/threats, or reporting something it can not clean.
  • Typically extra repeat scans are not needed
  .
  
• Restart the computer
  
  
• Scan with HJT
  
  
• Posts logs. Report progress & what changes are observed. Include logs that found infections.
