Trojan horse FakeAlert KJ

[MarkFromMS]

This was found on an friend's computer during AVG scanning. AVG says that it has successfully removed it but when I connect the internet cable back to it, it starts acting all screwy again. It tries to open a web page on its own and AVG starts blocking it. How can I get this removed from her computer?
