TrojanDownloader.popuper+ TrojanDNSchanger help

I downloaded a file, and when I run it I found out it's fake and then I got 2 trojans (TrojanDownloader.popuper+ TrojanDNSchanger). my SpywareDoctor found it and I remove it but it keep coming back after I deleted it, my SpywareDoctor also blocked the TrojanDownloader.popuper, so it's okay for now...Can anyone help me to delete the trojan completely ( no more coming back)
