Movie buffs (or maybe fans of dinosaurs) may recall the scene in Jurassic Park where Samuel L. Jackson’s character tried unsuccessfully to regain control of the park back from Dennis Nedry. And now thanks to a clever recreation of the film’s UNIX network, you too can try your luck at outsmarting the plump programmer.

If you're coding skills are anything like mine, you’ll likely find out pretty quick that three failed attempts will prompt the same movie-accurate response that Jackson’s character received. We’re told that if you dig a bit deeper into the system, however, you might be able to access a sample of Nedry’s NSFW photo collection.

Found is a TechSpot feature where we share clever, funny or otherwise interesting stuff from around the web.

Love that scene, you can see Samuel L. Jackson when he still wasn't Samuel L. Jackson yet

If you crack the code you should be forced to use the FSN to get to the photo collection.

Hacking in the movies:
criminal says, "what's the password?"
hugh jackman hacked and found that the password was SWORDFISH"

hacker says, "we're going to hack the planet?"
and the planet saviors burrowed into the core of the planet and restarted the spinning of the core.

on topic: no, I failed. :)
