TV on my PC?

On my old XP Pro , my friend watched tv on it before I got it so what would I look for on the back of it & would I be able to use it on my W7?
I see the following on it;towards the top;
RCA Digital Audio Out
Lower part;
FM IN & TV IN both cable type
S Video
COMP VID , L & R RCA Plugs.

I doubt very much you would be able to. Unless its pci card installed in the old XP computer. Then you may have problems finding the right drivers for win 7.
