TV tuner picture flickers

Hi friends,

Please help me .
I have purchaced pivelview pro2 TV tuner card. In it when i click TV/cabel button 2-3 channels are working ok. But for the rest of channels picture gets
continiosly flickered.
But it works fine at service center( from where i have take the card.)

If any one knows solution to this problem please tell me.
