Two viruses in my computer? Need help - applying to colleges

The first one is in a file called winhlp64.exe, which I've googled and is clearly a virus. It seems to match all the symptoms of what I've seen online, including an attempt to install "Malware Defender" and a fake Security Center Alert. The other thing is called Installer.exe, which appears whenever the Malware defender is actually attempting to install. Maleware Defender's installed successfully once, but AVG got rid of it immediately. A full system scan however did not detect these two. My Hijackthis log is attached.

I'm applying to colleges right now and am desperate for help!
