UAC and allowing a program to start

I want to know if there is a way to allow a program to start without UAC asking for permission everytime, It is an online game that I trust as I have been playing it for quite awhile.

Game is Alganon,I've ran it both with and without Admin privledges. I am not sure what settings you are asking for.
