Inactive Unwanted folder opening on startup.

The folder is C:\Documents and it contained 2 files before I deleted them:
1. HRUPPROG.DIE.NOW
2. HRUPPROG.txt
after deleting the files they haven't reaperd, but the folder keeps on opening on startup

Things that I've already tried:
shuting it down from msconfig (no luck couldnt find it)
Checked the Run folder, and the Userinit in the registry

and I would also like to ask whats with the extension of the deleted file ".DIE.NOW" what uses that kind of extension.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
