I also have to go with Akki. Having been through iterations with gifted and scrounged hardware, his system is, in my opinion, in more need of an upgrade. Good luck!

I really appreciate your feedback but you have to take other factors into consideration which I think that might be the case why he choose these components. its not like he choose the worst parts the thing is he have to buy all the things from local retail shop in New Zealand so 500USD to NZD would be 680 something and prices here differ from as you can see on amazon. So quite unfortunate amazon is not well established for New Zealand at the moment. But what he choose would not be the best but considering what else he need to take into account when he choose those components. We have to appreciate what he choose for us. I would be really happy if I'll win because of you guys you supported me a lot and thanks to Steve as well for making me part of this show.

Akki ‘Akatsuki’ Chop Shop PC from New Zealand needs a New System.

Reason for why I voted for Akki is simple. The PC case hack saw job and with only 1 dim slot working. He needs a new platform and case. Ray old mate system still works. It only has a dead fan but can change the case and CPU cooler. The balance is great. Come on guys Haswell and Ivy bridge K series are still great. Not much need for an upgrade there. Also its not cool if the Aussies kept winning. This is why Akki is winning by a landslide. It's great to see Techspot, Hardware Unboxing & PC case gear getting together. Well done guys for entering but need to see more horrible builds.

Come on a guy with a 3570k + 970... what.... I have most of my friends playing on really outdated pc's (One of them is actually running a gt 710). Really hope you can open up to more countries to participate on this show I think it's a really good thing you're doing here, but that 970 shouldn't be here :/
On the Akki ‘Akatsuki’ from New Zealand I think you could go with a ryzen 3 + a cheaper case to get a gtx 1050 in there to, I'm not familiar with New Zealand prices so I might not know what I'm talking about it's just an idea tho.

It's still a good PC but the main thing would be the CPU and that's the 2500k, didn't win the silicon lottery with this one and can only push it to 4.2 Ghz. But the rest of the PC is still good though with 16gb ram, 1tb HDD and 512gb ssd, gtx 980 with annoying coil whine >.< and coirsair 750w psu
