Upgrade my windows 32 to 64 bit

Good day engineers, pls how can I upgrade my windows 8.1 pro from 32-64bit without loosing my files on my system

There is no straight upgrade path from 32 to 64-bit that will allow you to keep things the way they were. Store your data somewhere else or do backup then perform a clean install.

That you are asking that question is enough to tell me you need to keep things very simple. Use an external drive. 'Cus you will not be able to install from scratch without reformatting your hard drive (unless you really know what you are doing).
Also when you come to do the install, disconnect the external drive. No horrible mistakes possible then......
