Because of the delay on Sandy bridge E and LGA 2011, I could not wait any longer.
So previously I had :

Coolermaster : Stacker 830 RC-830 Aluminium
P5N32 SLI Plus
Intell core 2 Duo Q6600
Zalman CNPS9500-CU LED Cooler active (Silent!)
Corsair 2048MB, DDR2, 64MX8
Western Digital 500GB SATAII
NVidea 280GTX 768DDR2 x 2 (sli)
Enermax : Galaxy Power Supply 1000W

After THE upgrade I will have:
Intel core I7 2600 lga1155 3,4 GHz
Gigabyte GA Ph67A UD3 b3 S1155 H67 ATX
Kit of 2 8gb 1333MHz DDR 3
Ssd force series 3sata 6Gb/s

Only thing Remaining to replace are my 2 nvidea 280gtx.

What should I do? Does my new mobo have any favorites?
I was thinking 590gtx or 580gtx sli or...

Please any sugestions are welcome, I will buy it tomorrow.

2x SLI GTX280's is still more than acceptable at 1080p with even the latest games, so absolutely no need to change them (unless you have the money to burn).

I would recommend against that motherboard for two reasons:

1. The secondary PCI-Ex 16x slot is 4x speed when used as well as 1st slot. 8x speed is very little noticable difference, but 4x will be.
2. You have no SLI support for your existing GPUs, which as stated are more than good enough.

This is much better: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3912#sp

Dual 8x when running both slots, and can be configured with SLI.

Unless DX11 and all of its features are important to him/her.

What resolution are you planning to play at/have?

@Leeky : Thanks for pointing that out to me, I think I Will change my order tomorrow to
GA-Z68X-UD7-B3
