Upgrade the CPU in my HP 500-314

I am planning to change the CPU of my old HP 500-314 computer. The specification states that I can upgrade it to Kaveri Quad-Core A10-7850B. What else do I need to have for this upgrade and is this worth it? Thanks for any response I can get
