Upgrading PC need advice

Current PC

CPU - AMD Athlon II X3 445
MOBO - Asus M2N68-AM Plus
RAM - Kingston DDR2 4GB
PSU - EVGA 430W
STORAGE - 130GB HDD

Upgrades - Budget $200

GPU - msi 750Ti $60
SSHD - Seagate Hybrid hard drvie 1TB $60

basically I just need to know if these components will work in my PC and if there is anything else I should add to help brush up my pc, I know its a little old but I mainly use it for casual gaming (league of legends and overwatch) and surfing the web.

EDIT: I did have a Radeon HD 6850 in this PC but it died which is why I've decided to upgrade this computer.

I would go for an SSD myself unless you really need the space, you can probably get a 240GB model for that price which would triple your storage capacity.

The 750ti is reasonable, but it may be replaced with something faster in a month or two. It's difficult to know what nVidia's plans are are it's right on the edge between products that are frequently replaced and those that aren't.
