Upgrading the 4s

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forums and I have a dillema which phone should I upgrade my iphone 4s with. The two last candidates are the iphone 5 and the HTC One. I love both of them but upgrading to the IP5 seems like a smell step up form the 4s, especially with ios 7 ruining both of them. Whats keeping me from the One is the fact that I've been using ios for about a year after giving up on android's inconsistant frames (GS3 user) and higher quality apps...I'm mainly upgrading because 3.5 screen's really starting to bore me, any helpful info would be great

Your choice. 5S is the model I'd go for in the range, but I prefer Android.

In that case the 4 inch screen on the iphone 5/5S and the fact that it's still runs the same iOS will still bore you.

I would wait for the iPhone 6 if you can .
