USB drive keeps plugging and unplugging... and it's not phyisically plugged.

Helllo!

I have used an USB to install Windows on another device, and since I formated it using Rufus and reformated it again back to normal, I keep getting the plug-unplug usb sound and it's driving me crazy.

Somehow, even though the port is empty, the PC sees something plugging/unplugging. The sound is accompanied by the following message :



I tried every solution online I could find and nothing worked.

Any tips? Thanks!
