USB not working

Hy
I am facing an issue regarding my USB
whenever I connect my USB to windows 10 it is showing as a cd drive but it cant be opened or clicked whenever I click on it pc either stops responding or takes forever to load the drive.
but USB seems to be working perfectly fine of my other operating system MAC and other devices

Actually I tried a bunch of stuff looked in msinfo32 to look for components that are causing problem but it wasnt even showing their

I have installed windows 10 on my mac because I kinda need windows for my buisness purpose on the mac
pendrives need to be working fine everywhere but not on windows on my mac
it is also working perfectly of macOS

Issue is What filesystem is on the USB device; Fat, Fat32, NTFS, AFS, EXT3?

You should be able to find that on the Mac and looking under HD/Applications/Utilities/ and running Disk Utility
