Video won't display

My video wont display while watching movies/shows on my pc on any media player, there is audio but no picture.

I have upgraded to the lastest codes and such any other suggestions?

every file, any video file on my pc wont display picture only audio, i have done lastest updates for my componets,codecs, so i am kindof stumped

When's the last time you did a nice reinstall on this machine? If your drivers/codecs are all up to date, you might just have to do a spring cleaning.

ya the funny thing is that afte i did a full PC cleanup ; defrag,deleted all oold temp files, multiple virus/spyware scans and this happens
