Videos lagging while I dont moving mouse

I don’t know if it’s relevant but the problem starts since I’ve plugged a new usb device (of a keyboard) into my pc.

Suddenly, since then, everytime I’m watching videos (no matter which site/browser I use) I have to move my mouse so it won’t lags.

Another interesting issue is that when I play games it works fine, but when there’s cutscenes or somethings similar than it starts lagging, and again I should just keep moving my mouse to make it stop.

Things I’ve already tried:
- updating my video card driver
- checking cpu temperature (its 40~45 while playing videos)
- updating java
- clear cache and temp files
- unplugging any usb device of my pc
- using Malwarebytes scan for viruses

None of the above has helped

I’d like to add that another issue that appeared (since plugged the keyborad usb), is that my screen goes “sleep” mode after 5 mins if I’m not use it, while I’ve never change the screen settings for it.

Would appreciate any suggestions from you guys

In your shoes, I would remove 'sleep' and similar from power options. I would go to Device Manager and using VIEW tab, I would make hidden visible and then I would go to USB devices and remove all 'hidden' and in Human Interface all USB Input, in keyboard all keyboard and in mice all mice. Then reboot system.
