Virtual CD for WD Smartware external hardisk blank

Someone, please help me,,
WD Smartware external hard drive, a week ago I plug it into the PC, after it comes in contact currents, and my PC died, after restart,, my hard drive was not detected PC, virtual typically appear to unlock the CD, but virtual blank cd and do not show whatever, I really need the data on my hard drive,
someone please help me.

Then it is dead. You can:
1) pay a lot of money for professional data recovery
2) open it up, void any remaining warranty, and try to fit it in another PC as an internal (or put it in a different enclosure)
3) if under warranty still, send it back for replacement and get a new drive, but lose all data
