Virus from flash updater download

hello, yesterday i downloaded a .xflv flash update but didn't install because norton immediately prompted me that there is a threat instead i deleted it but still after this now i cant open my internet explorer, norton wont scan for virus, mozilla keeps on crashing, i cant even open hijackthis application.

in hijackthis and the SuperAntiSpyware this error message appear
error message: a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware wont open but no error message

i used avira virus and the log is attached.

i have contacted norton but they cant seem to help me with this problem.
please help me and thank you in advance.

Hi,

Try to rename ..\Hijackthis\HijackThis.exe --> ..\BigGyant\BigGyant.exe
And run it..

Else Downlaod on your desktop >> RSIT << (de random/random)

• Double-click on RSIT.exe,
• Click on Continue at the "Disclaimer" screen,
• RSIT will download HijackThis -> accept the license,
>> Them reports log.txt & info.txt will appears. (C:\RSIT\..)
• You'll probably need to right-click in systray for the second report.
