Virus - getting redirected from search results when clicking on them in google

Hi,

My PC is infected with some virus that redirects me to random sites when I click on search results.

I followed the "UPDATED 8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions", but it still happens. I am attaching requested logs. Help would be greatly appreciated since this is urgent.
