Virus has disable Webroot Anti spyware

I got a virus a few days ago, it disable my Webroot with Antispyware wit anti virus program. I tried reinstalling the program but the menu comes up but it will not sweep. I had tryed everything from Avg, WIndow Defender, malwarebytes, Spybot.Malwaresbytes and spybot won't even launch. I evn purchase Spyware doctor which looked like it work but I still can not get the other programs to run.
