Inactive Virus is following my sd card

Hello Every 1 .......!
There is a virus problem with my sd small card, I first scaned my sd card with avira antivirus it could not detected any virus then I formated it but after format the shortcut folders and a file appeared again in the removable disk so I erased it with eraser, when I selected the Rem.Disk once again that shotcuts was automaticaly added.
This problem is going on and I am wondering what to do ......?
Why this virus is not removing and following me,
Is this card currupted ?

Maybe your computer is infected and it recreates files on CD card.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
