Virus problem

I know i have a virus because
1)I cant go on anti-virus sites
2)I get redirected from google search results
3)cant play some installed games
4)No desktop wallpaper
5) links to websites on desktop
I really need help getting rid of these viruses. Its been going on for almost a month.

Right after i ran CCleaner i found that i could then go to bleepingcomputer.com, a site that was blocked by the malware before. But then my system restarted and it says An Unauthorized Change was made to windows. This also happened after i ran Spybot Search and destroy. Is the virus that smart or something?... im going to try rebooting and clicking the last known good configuration for now

Virus's are incredibly smart, they can be frustrating to work with.

Currently I have a rootkit ruining my day, grr
