Your system is badly infected.
Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.
If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.
Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.
Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Your system has a few nasties.
First, delete Combofix from your system. This is due to a problem that`s recently been dicovered. Go and read this thread HERE for further info.

You`re running an outdated version of Hijackthis and your log file is in the wrong format. I need to see separate HJT, Combofix and AVG Antispyware logs, after you`ve follow the instructions.
Please go HERE and follow the instructions exactly. Then, post the requested log files and results.
