Vista 32-bit hanging at crcdysk

I'm having the problem of windows hanging up at startup and I can't even get it to boot with my CD. It just gets stuck loading ever time. I have no problem with wilding the hard drive but I need help in how to do that in this state. Is there a way to earse the drives in the fashion of how you clear the CMOS?

I managed to reslove the issue in a different fashion. Moderator, please delete this thread. I have a different issue do deal with now.
