Here are the symptoms. First off when I boot everything goes normally, once all is up and running nothing works. You cannot click on anything. So I power down my pc by holding the power button and on reboot it does not see my USB keyboard so I have to reboot again with a normal keyboard to select safe mode.
I am currently going through the steps in the sticky just figured I would get a head start here.
This happened for the first time the other day and I restored it to a previous point and all was good for a few days.

Okay ran CCleaner and turned off all the start up programs in MSconfig but my security programs and all seems to be working time to start turning them on and see what the culprit is.........

Okay now I have turned on all but one start up program and I am up and running. Here is what I found.
