After following your article, I get the following message: "The VM is powered off or suspicious." My VM is W10 Home running on Linux Mint 20. Any ideas?

I'd be using Windows 10 as host and Linux as the virtual OS. The other way round wouldn't have crossed my mind. XP is running as guest on my Windows 10 system. There's a virtual Ubuntu install there too but it hasn't been used in years.
