VPN problem

hi all
could u please help me out on this following problem:-

i am tryin to make a VPN connection btw linksys wrv200 and another router. i am able to inititate main mode transfer but there is no connection authorization


024 [Sun 17:52:05] packet from 124.190.114.178:500: initial Main Mode message received on 10.1.1.6:500 but no connection has been authorized

this is makin me crazy.
can anybdy pls help me.

In the Router did you turn on IPSEC and PPTP for VPN? What VPN client are you using to make the connect on your system. RSA keycode and pin (you use) should be in the ACE Server on the business end. If you have problems then contact your helpdesk if this is a business. If you this you then check the VPN settings.

The VPN authorization comes from the connection target system, not the router.
The router just needs to allow pass-thru for the connection.
