I'm sure you all heard of the ransomware spreading through the world. My question is, which security update on Windows 7 must I install? I do not ever install any updates so there is a lot. I'm just looking for the specific one.

Most definitely. Remember that WannaCry is only one specific form of malware. There are thousands of others that all exploit different know security problems.
