Warning spyware detected on your PC

I have the following message on my wall paper.
"warning spyware detected on yor pc"
i have installed Eset Antivirus and KAspersky2009.I also have spyware terminator but it also fail to correct my prob.It identify but didnt manage to delete.I then installed Noadware and it detects and delete some cookies and registry files.
I got error in windows startup "windows script host some file name *.tt1 is missing"
and i run hijack and atattching the log files now kindly help me with this issue.

You have two Antivirus programs running

C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009\avp.exe
C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\ekrn.exe

Either remove 1 (or both) and then install/update 1 Antivirus only (also run a full scan)

Whilst you're at it, remove these 2 (in HJT program, tick and fix)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [9cb80f74] rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\swupqcyv.dll",b
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BM9f8b3ce8] Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\ksqmxgth.dll",s

Then go and complete these steps:

Hello thanks for ur support I do all the steps as written by the link.I m attaching all files and my PC is looking smooth and no error messages appear or blue screen.Thanks alot.Any more instructions or my pc is virus free now.

I am not a specialist in these logs
But it looks clean

I would also recommend that you run CCleaner, and clean out any temp files
You may also want to run Startup Control Panel, and untick which programs you don't want starting with Windows
