Watch_Dogs impossible to play on PC?

Is there anyone who can run this game smoothly even after so called ubisoft patch? I don't seem to be amongst these 'chosen ones'. I must admit that the patch made stuttering less intense but the game is still unplayable for me. And if you can run it smoothly without any lag/stutter how do you do it ?
