I recently installed the relatively new WD Blue NVME into my legacy Intel 4th gen motherboard and managed to get it to boot win10 after modding the BIOS.
It works fine, however, I can't get even close to the declared speeds of 1700/1450MB/s. Both read and write are around 800MB/s.
It's connected to a PCIe x4 slot and there's a graphic card (750ti) in the PCIe x16 slot. Have two PCIe x1 slots that are empty. There's two more regular hard drives and one SATA SSD in the system.
Any ideas what might be the issue, if there's an issue at all?
