Web Address opening in IE

How can I get certain web addresses from my desktop to open in Internet Explorer only, every time I try to open it up it opens "via" Firefox,

Yes, I have Firefox and IE, I have a short cut on my desk top, that I want IE to open only and Firefox opens everything else.
