I've had this problem for a while now. When I'm watching any flash videos on the internet, my webcam image will freeze, until I either stop watching/pause the video.
Here are things I've tried:
- Uninstalling/Reinstalling Flash.
- Uninstalling/Reinstalling webcam drivers/software.
- Different internet browsers (i've tried chrome, safari, firefox and internet explorer and they all do this to my webcam).
- Using different webcam software, I've tried switching to "ManyCam" and the problem still persists.
- Registry clean/numerous virus scans/disk defragmenter.
Can I just add that I tried my webcam on my brother's computer and played a video and it works fine, so it's a software problem on my computer.
The camera model is a 'Logitech QuickCam E3500'.
I am aware that this is a tough one, i've just ran out of bright ideas and any input from someone would be really appreciated, thanks!
